Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, payments, and bookings made through sparkmycar.com or the Spark My Car mobile application, operated by SHARVI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. By making a booking or payment on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Bookings & Payments

All bookings made through our online platform are confirmed only after successful payment through secure payment gateways like Razorpay, Paytm, or other authorized partners. You will receive a confirmation message and/or email once your booking is completed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • For cancellations made within 2 hours of the booking time, cancellation fees may apply.
  • To cancel a booking, you may contact our customer care at info@sparkmycar.com or via your account dashboard.
  • If the service team has already been dispatched to your location, the booking amount will not be refundable.

4. Refund Policy

We process refunds in cases where:

  • The service was cancelled by Spark My Car due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Duplicate payments were made by mistake.
  • The service could not be delivered due to technical or operational reasons on our end.

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days to the same payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account) used during booking. The processing time may vary depending on your payment gateway or bank policies.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed services.
  • No refund will be issued if incorrect details (address, contact number, vehicle info, etc.) were provided during booking.
  • If the customer refuses service at the time of arrival without valid reason, the booking fee will be forfeited.
  • For doorstep or on-site detailing services, once the cleaning or polishing process begins, refunds cannot be processed.

6. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues

Spark My Car uses secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, and others. In the event of a payment failure or double deduction, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve such issues, but Spark My Car will not be liable for any delay caused by third-party systems.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@sparkmycar.com.

8. Service Quality Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will review the concern and, if verified, may offer a re-service or partial refund based on the situation.

9. Force Majeure

Spark My Car shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
